Spray effect of air atomizing disinfection nozzle

Air atomization disinfection nozzle, spray disinfection effect is excellent nozzle, but what factors determine the spray effect of air atomization disinfection nozzle?

Air atomization disinfection nozzle spray effect

The atomization effect is good, that is, the finer the fog, the better. The main factor affecting the fineness of air atomizing nozzle is the airflow velocity. In this paper, the experimental analysis is carried out from four aspects of pore diameter, number of pores, gas-liquid ratio and air pressure.Experimental conditions: nozzle outlet 2.5mm, nozzle liquid hole diameter 1.0mm, gas-liquid intersection Angle 60°, flow rate 30KG/H.

1. The influence of stomatal diameter

Under the same working conditions, the atomization fineness of the disinfection nozzle decreases with the increase of the pore diameter when other geometric factors (the number of pores is 4) of the disinfection nozzle remain unchanged. When the gas-liquid ratio is 0.4 and the air pressure is 5bar, the atomization fineness is below 10um, indicating that the outlet velocity has reached the speed of sound at this time, and the mixing chamber pressure is gradually reaching and exceeding the critical pressure ratio.

2. The influence of air pressure

When the air pressure increases from 2bar to 5bar, the atomization particle size decreases from 25um to about 7um.When the air pressure continues to increase and exceeds 5bar, the curve flattens out. At this time, increasing air pressure will not lead to further thinning of atomization, indicating that the nozzle has reached the speed of sound. In this state, the outlet velocity of high-speed airflow plays a decisive role in the atomization of the air atomization nozzle, and the air-liquid ratio has little influence on the particle size.

3, the impact of the number of pores

The atomization fineness of the nozzle decreases with the increase of the number of pores. When the number of pores is more than 6, the decreasing trend of atomization fineness becomes slow. When the number is between 4-6, the average particle size is below 10um, indicating that increasing the contact area between gas flow and liquid flow in the mixing chamber no longer plays a major role in atomization fineness, the mixing chamber has reached the critical value, and the MMD decline trend becomes slow.

4. Influence of gas-liquid ratio

The atomization particle size of internal mixing air atomizing nozzle decreases with the increase of gas-liquid ratio. When the gas-liquid ratio increases to 0.4, the air-liquid ratio continues to increase, and the atomization fineness does not change significantly. Moreover, under the same gas-liquid ratio, the change of hydraulic value has no direct influence on atomization, and the main factor affecting the atomization quality is the airflow speed.Under a certain air-liquid ratio, the atomization fineness can reach 10um.According to the experiment, the fineness of atomization has little change with the diameter of liquid hole.
